: : What are the rights of the renter for a rent to own property and what references can I find same subject. (specifics) renter wishes to complete purchase and owner wants to back out of the sale short of the renter completing the purchase. Owner wants to keep all money put towards the home and wishes to keep home as well. If this is legal owner could swindle as many people as owner wanted.
