Still looking for a course? Am trying to buy a good one; 18 holes, 14000 sq. ft. clubhouse, swimming pool and 36 room hotel with land and permits for an additional number of hotel rooms. In California about a 2.5 hour drive from San Francisco.

Expect funding required to total $3-$5 million. Two to purchase then draw down the remaining over time and as needed for working capital.
