: If you want to find the true value of ANYTHING, ask people who specialize in selling it. In your case, that would be a mobile home broker in your area. Don't forget that demand for mobile homes (like any other commodity) varies depending on where you live.

My boyfriend and I are currently looking at mobile homes in Bulls Gap, TN. We are wondering if anyone could tell us what the estimated value of a '94 2 bedroom trailor would run...any help would be appreciated. Thanks! -Heidi
