i am intrested in further information regarding the above listed property.

please include in your reply the following:

1. Requested price for the property.
2. down payment (20%?)
3. I am a foreign citizen. if you can give me some info regarding procedures for me to go through, in order to be the owner of the property.
4. is this property private, or a franchis?
5. Information regarding yearly expenses and revenues.
6. how populated is the surrounding area?

i would also appreciate additional photos and anything you can think of regarding this lodge.
