There will be 28 lots with an average size of 7.5 acres. The remaining two lots take up the rest of the acreage. The development is being done in two phases, the first phase of 13 lots are now on the market. The partially wooded terrain is made up of many promontories and small valleys. The area is beautiful, and rich with animal and bird life. It is our intention to preserve both the beauty and the wildlife. Each house site has been carefully chosen to be inconspicuous, and provide maximum privacy. Building restrictions will encourage unobtrusive construction that will blend into the surroundings.

Prices for serviced building lots range from $250,000 to $320,000 CND

A Caution

Although the area is readily accessible, with the ferry terminal at Fulford Harbour only ten minutes away, and the float plane service from Ganges Village to Vancouver only 30 minutes away, it must be stressed that this is not a development for those who seek a suburban setting.
